India Internet Foundation was proud to participate in the Designing and Deploying Computer Networks (DDCN) Bootcamp, hosted by ISOC Bengaluru chapter. It was a five-day intensive learning program held in Bangalore. This initiative brought together network enthusiasts, professionals, and community leaders from across India to collaboratively explore the fundamentals and advanced aspects of Internet infrastructure.
From the Kolkata Chapter, Mrignayani Chandra and Atanu Paul represented India Internet Foundation, joining peers from other regions to delve into hands-on training sessions that focused on designing, configuring, and deploying reliable computer networks.
The bootcamp offered:
Deep dives into network design principles, routing protocols, IP addressing, and VLAN configuration.
Practical labs on network simulation, device setup, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Interactive sessions on DNS architecture, Internet measurement tools, and security considerations.
Collaborative group projects aimed at solving real-world network deployment challenges.
