Due to high traffic, OTP delivery may occasionally be delayed. Students experiencing this issue  are advised to:

• Clear their browser cache and cookies.
• Try registering in Incognito Mode or Guest Mode.
• Wait a few minutes before requesting a new OTP.

This is an important step in the workshop.
After completing the measurements and once the results are available on the relevant query results page, students should:

• Navigate to Reports.
• Open the completed measurement.
• Enable the “Tag as AIORI-3 Measurements” option located in the upper-right corner.

Please Note: This “Tag As AIORI-3 Measurement” feature is exclusive for “Student” user role.

Students will receive their certificates within two weeks after (16th September, 2026) workshop has been completed.
Certificates will be issued to all who enroll and participate in the workshop activities.
Students who do not participate will not be eligible to receive a certificate.

If the portal displays a 502 or 504 error, faculty members should contact the designated Outreach Member of the AIORI-3 Team for assistance. These errors indicate a temporary server-side issue that requires an internal system reset to resolve.
